The Kore Pilates Online Mat Instructor Certification will prepare students to teach Basic and Basic/Intermediate Pilates Mat exercises for both private and class format. Students will develop an understanding of the fundamentals and principles of the Pilates method of exercise.
How it works...
The course offers several tools for learning. First you will receive the manual with the fundamental concepts relating to Pilates. These concepts are like the “rules” to be used during each exercise. Requirements
To complete the Mat Certification Program students should log approximately 25 hours of Observation, 50 hours of Practice, and 50 hours of Teaching once the exercises have been mastered. In some cases students will need more time to completely feel confident in their ability to structure a Mat Class.
To receive a Mat Certification, a passing grade of 80% on a written exam and passing grade on teaching exam must be completed.

Access to the video download instructions:
Click on the "Buy Now" button from the top of the page you will be redirected to our online payment system. You will need to create a username and password. You will use this info to log in to your course.
Under the series and membership option select "Mat Certification Online" and you will receive a receipt for your purchase.
Immediately you will be able to access the course!
Stay logged in to the site and click on the video tab at the top of the page. "Mat Certification Level 1" will be underlined for you to link. Your program will automatically begin to upload as a pop up - if you have pop up blocker on you may want to disable for the time.
The program will play via internet. I suggest you download the course to your computer. To do this you can right click on the downloads 1 at a time, and select the "save as" option. Then you will be able to use your computer media player for the videos. If you have itunes, you can save the program to an ipod or iphone for a traveling program!
